Home Inspection Fees
Home inspection fees vary based on the square footage of the home, the age of the home and several other factors. Fees start at $350.00 and are adjusted according to the property details. Included with the inspection is a computer generated report including pictures and access 24/7 to the report online at HomeGauge. The online reports can be printed or forwarded depending on client / Agent permissions. Please call for a Quote on your home.
When is Payment due?
The payment is do on or before the inspection begins and a signed contract must also be completed at the same time in order for the inspection to proceed.
We accept Checks, Cash and payments through Pay Pal using your credit card. If you would like to pay using Pay Pal just let us know and we will send you an invoice via email.
